Two types of dentures are available: complete (for when all teeth are missing) and partial (for when some natural teeth remain). A few weeks and several appointments are needed before your needs are properly assessed, and the perfect material, sizing, and casting is determined. Cleaning is very simple. Just remove the denture(s) and place under warm water to rinse food particles, followed by light brushing with a denture cleaning solution. At night, remove and place in a container of warm water with or without solution to ensure the dentures do not warp or dry out.
